Plot summary
High school is nearly over for Erik Stifler and he is still a virgin, the one member of the family who has not lived up to the Stifler name. His girlfriend, Tracy Sterling, cares for him but is not ready for sex, and his friends Ryan and Cooze plan a road trip to the University of Michigan, where Erik's cousin Dwight is a popular student. The trip is timed for the Naked Mile, the annual campus run that Dwight and his classmates take part in with nothing on. Tracy hands Erik a pass for the weekend with no guilt attached, hoping he can quench his frustration. On campus, Erik meets Brandy, a college woman with a taste for virgins, and Dwight has a rival fraternity led by Rock.

- The real Naked Mile tradition ended after the city and university cracked down in 2000, threatening and arresting students for indecent exposure, partly because amateur videographers were filming and selling footage of the run online.
