Plot summary
Shawn works at a dating app, yet he cannot find anyone to share his life with. His brother brings him to a party, where he lands a date with Violet, a woman he finds captivating. What Shawn does not grasp is that Violet works as a prostitute; his autism and his trusting nature leave him unable to see it. Violet notices that Shawn is unlike anyone she has met, and not only because he hears colors. When Shawn asks what she does for a living, she tells him she is an actress. He waits outside with encouragement while she auditions around town, showing her a devotion she has never known.
