Netflix Movies Starring Julia Whelan

Julia comes from Oregon. She caught the acting bug, at age 6, after traveling to Ashland for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Her film debut was in Fifteen and Pregnant (1998) with Kirsten Dunst.
