Emilia Ares
Biography
Emilia Ares is an Armenian-American actor, producer and author who grew up in Los Angeles. She toured with a dance company from age five, and her first film role came in Falling Overnight in 2010, playing Chloe Webb. She went on to appear in V/H/S: Viral (2014) and The Dark Tapes (2017), and played Natalie in Mr. Invincible. She also appeared in No Escape (2020). On television, her first role was Anastasia in the ABC Family pilot Unstrung; she later guest starred in the second season of Bosch and played Grand Duchess Anastasia Nikolaevna in American Horror Story. Ares is also an author: her award-winning debut novel Love and Other Sins was followed by Love and Other Cages in 2024, which Kirkus and BookLife praised.
