Plot summary
In 1986, a punk-pop group called The Fingers plays a non-commercial, do-it-yourself style and keeps to its own ethos, which holds the band far from mainstream success. Then an unlikely offer comes: a chance to sign with corporate rock, which for an independent band amounts to selling out. The band has to weigh its own sound and principles against the deal in front of it.
