Plot summary
A Hong Kong documentary about the stunts and fights Jackie Chan performs in his films and how he does them. He gives breakdowns of sequences from many of his movies, among them Police Story, Who Am I? and Rush Hour, and in his stunt lab he and his stunt team demonstrate techniques and run experiments to show what timing and camera placement do to a shot. The documentary looks at what goes into enhancing a fight and at the measures taken to keep stuntmen from injury, though a performer in shorts and a tank top still gets hurt.
