Plot summary

Eun-soo is a salesman driving along Highway 69 while arguing on the phone with his pregnant girlfriend, Hae-young. The argument ends in a crash, and he wakes in a dark forest, where a girl named Young-hee finds him and leads him to a house she calls the House of Happy Children. There he meets her older brother Man-bok, her younger sister Jung-soon, and the couple the children call Mother and Father. Eun-soo wants to get home to Hae-young and to his sick mother, but when he tries to leave, the children follow him wherever he goes. The parents go out and leave him in the house to look after the three of them.
