Plot summary
Jennifer shoots photographs for a living and has seven clitorises; only the most intense sex satisfies her, and the men she takes to bed do not survive it. Each orgasm also leaves her with a mutant creature, which she abandons. Batz, the owner of a mansion, lives with a penis that is deformed and addicted to drugs. Jennifer's colleague arranges a photo shoot at Batz's house for a rap group, and one of the models arouses Batz in front of Jennifer. Both are sexually unfulfilled, and after what she sees, she is set on him as the one man who might satisfy her.

Did you know?!Facts and trivia about Bad Biology (2008)
Can contain spoilers, watch the movie first.
- Actor Anthony Sneed was initially turned down for the lead role in Bad Biology because director Frank Henenlotter didn't think he looked enough like a junkie; Sneed promised to change that, lost 30 pounds in 30 days, and won the part.
- Star Charlee Danielson was dating producer John A. Thorburn and asked to be cast; director Frank Henenlotter deliberately tried to scare her away from the film to test her commitment, and was relieved when she stayed on, later calling her "absolutely perfect" for the role.
- Unlike Frank Henenlotter's earlier projects, which had been canceled or watered down by outside backers, Bad Biology gave him and producer John A. Thorburn complete creative freedom because Thorburn personally financed it.
