The Perfect Family (2011) on Netflix

Plot summary

Eileen Cleary is a devout Catholic wife and mother who has spent years keeping up appearances. She is the front runner for Catholic Woman of the Year at her parish, and to take the title she must pass a final test: introducing her family to the board for its seal of approval. A rival at the parish wants the same honor. The household Eileen has presented to the world does not match the one she lives with. Her husband, Frank Cleary, is a recovering alcoholic, and her daughter, Shannon, is pregnant and planning to marry her girlfriend, Angela. Her son, Frank Jr., has left his wife and children for another woman. Eileen is caught between her standing at the parish and the family she has.
