Plot summary
Jackie Cassidy and her friends play volleyball on a Venice beach; school is out and the group is on vacation. Jackie is a high school senior whose parents are away house-hunting, and she is hosting a slumber party that night. Back home, her neighbor Morgan asks for a tour of the house, explaining that he might buy the property once her family moves. Diane, Maria, Juliette, Janine and Susie turn up for the party, and Frank, Tom and Michael follow soon afterward and frighten them. Jackie, angry, sends the boys away. Meanwhile, a killer with a power drill is at work in the area, and nobody has noticed him yet.
