Netflix Movies Starring John P. Fertitta

John Fertitta broke into films in the mid 1970's. He worked behind the scenes as Boom Operator, Casting Assistant, and Grip, in addition to working in front of the camera on films produced by Independent Filmmakers Charles B. Pierce and Jim McCullough. He continued to land small roles that led to the opportunity to replace one of the lead actors in the direct-to-video, low budget feature, Video Murders. That role led to an audition for the Oscar nominated Best Picture, Mississippi Burning. John got the part and has since been fortunate to work with directors Walter Hill, Ron Shelton, Lee Daniels, Alan Parker, and Christopher Reeve. He has shared scenes with Academy Award winning actors Paul Newman in Blaze, Anna Paquin in Straight A's, Matthew McConaughey in The Paperboy, and Forest Whitaker in Lee Daniels "The Butler.
