Plot summary

Lisa and Sarah are seventeen and best friends, classmates who sit together in high school, work on projects as a pair, and record ASMR videos to post online. At home, Lisa feels the weight of her mother Ninda's demands, which grow out of Ninda's fear of failure in a new household. Sarah, whose parents died in an accident, lives with her older brother. Both girls are moving through puberty, and each looks for answers her own way. Lisa watches adult movies, and her attention settles on Fita, a woman she sees in a viral video. Sarah meets Devan, a man about ten years older, and believes she has found someone to lean on.
