Plot summary
Elisa is twelve. Her mother has died in a car accident, and she lives with her father, Esteban. In the comic she keeps reading, a heroine named Beatriz has powers, and Elisa tries to persuade Esteban that she has been given the same ones, and that she can use them against whoever was responsible for the accident. The painter Héctor is finishing the work for his latest exhibition and looking after his wife, Úrsula, who has been in a wheelchair since a car accident. A girl dressed exactly like the comic's heroine turns up in the same places the others pass through, and her first instinct is vengeance.
