All or Nothing (2002) on Netflix

Plot summary

In an apartment block in south London, three working-class families live side by side. Phil drives a minicab, a gentle man who has withdrawn into himself, and Penny, his partner of many years, works a supermarket till alongside Maureen, who is divorced and takes in neighbors' laundry. Penny's love for Phil has run dry and she quietly complains that he does not try harder, though she does not know how low he has sunk. Their son Rory, 18, is unemployed and angry, forever arguing with his mother, while their daughter Rachel cleans at a care home. Ron, another driver at Phil's firm, is married to Carol, who drinks, and their daughter Samantha, unemployed, hangs around the block and clashes with her mother.
