Plot summary
Krzysztof is forty. He works with a therapist, and in those sessions he goes back through his own childhood: his parents' erotic life and the life of the family during the 1970s in the Polish People's Republic. His mother, his father and Karolina belong to that past. The boy he was appears in the memories at three years old and at eight. The recollections hold the family's ups and downs over those years. Krzysztof reviews his past critically because he has an awkward problem of his own, a problem connected with his love life, and he wants to solve it.
