Product Description
Rush Hour 2 (DVD) Martial arts superstar Jackie Chan and wisecracking comedian Chris Tucker are back in action! While vacationing together in Hong Kong, fast-talking Los Angeles Police Department detective Carter (Tucker) and Hong Kong Police inspector Lee (Chan) investigate when a bomb explodes in the American embassy, killing two secret agents on the trail of a ring of smugglers.
Set Contains:
New Line's Infinifilm series has set a high bar for DVD supplements, but where previous editions have been dedicated to director's visions, Rush Hour 2 is about the stars. This peek beyond the movie is most interested in looking at the performers. Watch Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker in "Evolution of a Scene" as they rework three separate moments in rehearsal, and get an intimate glimpse of Chan's working methods in "Kung Fu Choreography." "Culture Clash" and "Language Barrier" view the unique challenges of an international production (would you believe Chris Tucker's karaoke vamp actually offended Hong Kong locals?). There's also audio commentary (director Brett Ratner and screenwriter Jeff Nathanson) and a host of other short featurettes, but, as any Chan fan will tell you, the most entertaining goodies are in the five minutes of additional outtakes in the Deleted Scenes gallery. --Sean Axmaker

This was my exact review of rush hour 1
How do I not spoil this? Well The roles are reversed. Chris Tucker has to help Jackie Chan this time and some of the same jokes are done, only reversed. These two OBVIOUSLY had a LOT of fun making this, and that makes this movie fun. It is like Jackie gets to unwind a bit and Christ gets to martial arts it up a bit. If The Fifth Element as a 5-star Chris Tucker movie and Rush Hour was a 5 star Chris Tucker movie this is a solid 4 star and RH 3 is a 3 star. The opening scene is one of the best in the movie--don't let anyone interrupt or talk through it.
