I like the shooting. I like the kicking and punching. This is a very interesting story. The drama is very intense. I found this in the recommendations section. I had to weed through the horror and sci-fi movies. I watched a movie with horror in it and the robot thinks I like horror. I don't particularly like science fiction but watched a movie that had a touch of sci-fi and the robot thinks I want science fiction. At least the description is honest. Amazon Prime Video does make the final cut easy with the accurate descriptions.

I loved this movie! Loved the whole theme of surviving a situation when the worst of the worst enters your life, besides being a Bruce Willis mega-fan since the '70s, this movie has everything. Family issues, parental disappointment, career issues, spousal disappointment, sick and twisted thugs, redemption, and a bad-ass Dodge Charger! Spoiler alert****sorry that someone in the surviving family had to die, but this was an awesome movie. So glad I watched this tonight than wasting time on social media! Did I mention I love Bruce Willis???

My Wife and I both like Bruce Willis but this one just did not grab and hold our interest like most of the films do that he stars in. The first indication of lack of interest that is usually quite telling on most TV shows or films is my stay awake index. Unfortunately, this one had me sleeping through probably one half although I did catch a few of the more interesting parts, it just simply did not have enough interest grabbing acting or dialogue to keep me awake.

Now, my Wife's words at the end, not mine, "Well that was goofy". Her remarks were not based on the film being funny in any way, but the fact she felt there were gaps in the plot or storyline that left her wondering where was Bruce and what was he doing or why didn't he take action during that time. Now granted, she may have suffered a few closed eye gaps that caused her to feel this way but when her Bruce is in a film she usually does not end up watching the insides of her eyelids like I do.

Overall, just not one of Bruce's best but everyone is different so make your own judgement on this one, if there is nothing else available to watch.

absolute garbage, lowest rating possible. why does Bruce Willis bother starring in these low budget movies is beyond explanation. if the movie cost more than $50,000 to produce I would be shocked. how does this sort of crap ever make it into production? hey, can we get a script from some school children, a director from junior high school with no experience in film, and some prop artists from the nursery? to even begin to point out how horrible this film is would take more effort than the movie deserves. aside from the abhorrent script, direction and cheap as all can be production -- some of the scenes are just so bad that it is difficult to put in words. like not shooting the home invaders in the first place, or so many repeated feeble attempts to fight back, or shooting the handcuffs instead of just slipping the cuffs off the table leg ! how many times can the very same people get tied up and escape only to be tied up to a chair again and again. and why are there seemingly endless yards of perfectly clean white rope all over the place? was there a sale at the local ACE Hardware on white rope? do home invaders just run around with a spool of yachting rope, or does the family keep 300 yards of white rope handy just in case home invaders need to tie them up? can I express how bad this movie is ... no, you will have to find out for yourself.

The movie isn't as horrible as people make it out to be...I mean the storyline is a nice concept, but yeah the writer did fall flat and some things dont make sense. *Spoiler* why would the one brother (not the one named Matt) decide to rob a gas station when they already have like 20 thousand in cash they just stole from somewhere in the beginning of the movie. Why not link in he freaked out because the gas cashier mentioned his brother who I guess died...they didn't tell much about him...so why mention it?! Big fail there. Next like the reviewer Doug who gave one star said the brother with the revolver shooting, shot like 10 times without reloading when a revolver only holds 6 bullets.

However, Doug is wrong when he says they could have left in their cars at anytime because the guys who broke in took their car keys. That's how he was able to get in the family's black truck. Bruce Wilis hot wired his charger (as a cop it makes sense that he could do that...a normal civilian not so much).

Someone tell me how the guy is able to chase Bruce Willis which gives Chad MM an opportunity to go and save his wife and daughter-Chad even says thanks dad (mainly get them away from the house and call 911 somewhere) yet when he races back to the house in the truck and runs into the woods...the worst brother with the revolver was able to knock Chad out and take his wife? The time difference and continuity was just completely off and so bad, they need to fire the writer and whoever was supposed to watch for continuity and rewrite the movie.

Then finally like someone else mentioned, why have Bruce Willis come back to the house just to untie the wife?! She could have stood up hoped along and figured it out herself since her hands were in front of her. Just a waste.

It wasn't so horrible that I couldn't watch it, but if you're a filmmaker, huge fan of movies, watch for technical aspects of movies, then this will not be for you. If you want action then this is more than likely not for you. If you want an ok movie...step above a B in my opinion...and something to technically make fun of and are bored, then check it out. Other than that I wouldn't waste your time.
