Spoiler alert, spoiler alert, I give away 97.3% of the movie so just stop if your interest in the movie.

Only watch the movie if you're looking for pointers on want not to do.

The bad guys with automatic weapons who were also trained police officers cannot kill one person who is running away from them it Is comical but the jokes on us for watching. There's a scene where three police officers have good guy Jonathan Good pin down behind a desk they are shoot way above because there's not a single hole in the desk after the trio run out of ammunition. 30 round clip times three 90 bullets all within 10 feet of the target and they can't hit him?

The good guy never picks up the dead bad guys automatic HK assault rifle always choose to pick up his 40 caliber semiautomatic which is running out of bullets a reference to the title. Never puts on Kevlar vest & helmet or looks for extra ammunition in a building he works in, for god sakes it's a police station it will have all three in abundance, including his locker.

The good guy is in possession of a flash drive with slam dunk incriminating evidence against the back guys. The bad guy says over the PA you cannot leave the building so he pull the fire alarm. Then they've locked down the building all exterior and interior doors are locked, key card pad on the wall goes from green to red, end of the road for the good guy? Within two minutes good guy he's walking around the building all doors magically open but it still red but none of the exterior doors. Good guy rarely shows concerned to look in a room before walking in or any what's behind him by looking over his shoulder?

They're in a glass building but not a single bullet schatar exterior glass. they're shooting assault rifles within sight of the windows. The flash drive? Remember the bad guys desperately wanted... I would've uploaded it into multiple laptop of cops I could trust that were left behind when the fire alarm went off. Or shoot out one window and drop it into the lapse of the police officers in the parking lot. But not our good guy NO! he hangs onto it tight. Cinematography & Lighting is piss poor. The only real true bright spot in this one star movie is Roger Cross extremely good acted just hamstring by everything else. Absolutely none of this would've mattered if the script was fantastic or we cared about the characters.
